12th Day of Christmas – Brockenhurst‘s villagers are sprinkling magic across their village on Sunday 10 December with a Christmas Market at their Village Hall. Tick off your present list while supporting local businesses, plus visit Santa’s grotto and enjoy other festive treats. Make sure you wear your favourite Christmas jumper!

11th Day of Christmas – Be mesmerised by the The Poole Christmas Maritime Light Trail which features dazzling illuminations and installations that weave through Poole Town Centre from Falkland Square, along the High Street and down to Poole Quay. There is also a range of Christmas entertainment to celebrate Poole’s maritime history with a modern twist!

10th Day of Christmas – Head on down to Bournemouth Square and find the perfect present at the Alpine Market. There’s a wide array of hand made and traditional Christmas gifts and festive favourites, including the famous Hog Roast and luxury Hot Chocolates.

9th Day of Christmas – The huge SKATE experience returns to Bournemouth this year with their huge real ice rink and Moguls Alpine Bar in the town’s Lower Gardens, which is surrounded by the magical lights and decorations of the Christmas Tree Wonderland.

8th Day of Christmas – Dorchester Town Football Club play Walton & Hersham in the Southern Premier League on Saturday 16 December, kick off 3pm! It should be a cracker of a fixture, so too the big morebus derby on Boxing Day when Dorchester host Poole Town. The games come thick and fast and the football is always fun and frenetic.

7th Day of Christmas – Get ready for a hilarious contemporary twist on the timeless story of ‘Babes in the Woods’ at the Black Cherry Theatre in Boscombe. Christmas must-see panto with limited availability!

6th Day of Christmas – Sail with Santa cruises around Poole Harbour provide an unforgettably, unique experience. Passing Brownsea Island, Sandbanks Peninsula, Millionaire’s Row and with a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie while you listen to Christmas carols playing in the background, there will also be an opportunity to walk around the boat with Santa!

5th Day of Christmas – Visit Highcliffe Castle this Christmas and take part in a Victorian Christmas trail from Sunday 3rd December until Thursday 21st December.

4th Day of Christmas – The magical, iconic Polar Express train ride returns to the Swanage Steam Railway. Singing, dancing, actors, hot chocolate and a cookie – the atmosphere, mystique and vibe of Christmas is fantastically brought to life on this enchanting railway.

The Purbeck Breezer 40 and 50 (the remarkable bus that goes on a ferry!) go to Swanage and are part of the Great Scenic Journeys collection!
3rd Day of Christmas – For some eclectic fun, then there’s the legendary Christmas Caroloke Night at the Angel and Blue Pig pub in Lymington High Street on December 15th. The food’s sumptuous here too and there’s a great Christmas menu in the restaurant. There’s a great range of morebus services going to Lymington, such as the 112, 119, 120, X1, X2 and sister company, Bluestar’s 6.

2nd Day of Christmas – Christmas favourites ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’, ‘Home Alone’ and ‘The Snowman’ are showing at many cinemas across the morebus network, including at the Odeon in Exeter Crescent, in the heart of Bournemouth. There are bus stops a few yards from the Odeon!

1st Day of Christmas – It’s warm, cosy and can be combined with some retail therapy – The Dolphin Centre, adjacent to Poole Bus Station, hosts its very own North Pole! Children can explore an Arctic Adventure to hear stories, play games and make winter crafts. Inside the enclosure, it’ll be decorated with snowy trees, a polar bear and an igloo-inspired seating area. The Arctic Adventure is a free first come, first served session.
